4. Alberta Jurisdiction
Real-money play under the Delta Casino brand is offered only in Alberta, under the rules of the Alberta regulated market. Gaming is overseen by AGLC under the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act and Regulation and the AGLC Standards and Requirements for internet gaming, and the market is managed by AiGC under the Alberta iGaming Corporation Act and the iGaming Alberta Act.
These terms are written for Alberta. Rules that apply in other provinces, including Ontario, do not apply here, even though the operator's correspondence address is in Ontario.
5. Eligibility
To use the Operator platform for real money you must be at least 18, be physically located in Alberta while you play, hold only one account, use your own money and payment methods, and not be self-excluded or otherwise barred from gaming. Employees of the operator and others restricted by AGLC rules may be excluded.
The Website itself may be read by anyone, but the free Profile is open only to people who are 18 or older and who confirm that they are in Alberta.
6. Minimum Age
The minimum age for online gaming in Alberta is 18. The age confirmation shown when you first visit the Website does not replace identity verification. The operator checks age on every real-money account and closes any account held by someone under 18; any balance is handled in line with its terms and the law.
We remove any Profile on this Website that we learn belongs to someone under 18.
7. Account Registration
Profile on this Website. You must give your real first and last name, email, mobile phone number and date of birth, confirm that you are in Alberta and choose a password. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your Profile. One Profile per person.
Operator account. The operator requires accurate personal information, a valid email address and phone number, and completion of identity verification. Only one real-money account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any bets on them voided in line with the operator's terms.
8. Identity Verification
The operator verifies your identity, age and address before you can play or withdraw, and may repeat checks at any time, including when you request a withdrawal or when its AML rules require it. You may be asked for government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of a payment method.
If you do not provide requested documents, or they do not match your account, the operator may suspend deposits, play or withdrawals until the matter is resolved. This Website does not carry out or store identity verification.
9. Geolocation Requirements
You must be physically in Alberta each time you place a real-money bet. The operator checks your location using IP address, device geolocation, Wi-Fi location and mobile location services, in line with AGLC requirements, and may block play if a check fails.
Using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop or any tool that hides or fakes your location is not allowed. The operator may void bets placed in breach of this rule and restrict the account.
10. Deposits
Deposits are made only on the Operator platform, in CAD, using methods shown in the operator's cashier, such as Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, iDebit or a debit card. Payment methods must be in your own name. Minimum and maximum amounts, and any fees charged by your bank or provider, are shown in the cashier.
Deposits are subject to any limits you have set. The operator may refuse or reverse a deposit that appears fraudulent, comes from a third party or breaches AML rules. This Website does not accept deposits or payments of any kind.
11. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are requested in the operator's cashier and paid in CAD, normally to a method you have used before or to a bank account in your name. Your identity must be verified first. Processing times, pending periods and minimum or maximum amounts are set by the operator and shown when you make the request.
The operator may ask for more documents before paying, especially for larger amounts, and may withhold payment of funds connected to fraud, duplicate accounts, play from outside Alberta or another breach of its terms.
12. Casino Games
Each game has its own rules, paytable and stake range, available inside the game. Outcomes are decided by certified random number generators or, in live games, by the physical cards, wheel or balls in the studio. No strategy changes the house edge, and no result can be promised.
If a game malfunctions, affected bets and payouts are void and stakes are returned in line with the operator's terms. If there is a difference between the result shown and the result recorded on the game server, the server record applies. Game descriptions on this Website are for information only.
13. Bingo Games
The general rules below apply to online bingo. Each room displays its own rules, including card price, number of balls, patterns, prize structure and start time, and those room rules take priority.
- Cards and tickets. You buy cards before the game starts; purchases close when the first number is called. Whether cards bought in advance for later games can be cancelled is stated in the room rules.
- Calls. Numbers are drawn by a random number generator and called in order. Cards are marked automatically.
- Patterns. A win is the first completion of the room's stated pattern, such as one line, two lines or a full house in 90-ball, or a set shape in 75-ball.
- Ties. If more than one card completes the winning pattern on the same call, the prize is split equally between those cards.
- Disconnections. Bought cards keep playing on the server if your connection drops, and any prize won is credited to your account.
Prize amounts for a game are shown in the room before the game starts. Slingo and other bingo-style formats follow the rules shown in each game.
14. Promotions
No promotions or bonuses are currently advertised on this Website. If the operator offers a promotion on its platform, it is governed by its own terms, including eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry and game restrictions, which you should read before taking part.
Promotions are never offered to self-excluded players or to anyone on a break, and the operator may withdraw a promotion that is being abused.
15. Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. The operator provides deposit, loss and time limits, reality checks, breaks and self-exclusion, and monitors play for signs of harm. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one only takes effect after a cooling-off period.
The limits panel in your Profile on this Website follows the same principle: decreases apply at once and increases only after 7 days. See Responsible Gambling for tools and support, including the Alberta Health Services Addiction Helpline at 1-866-332-2322.
16. Self-Exclusion
You can ask the operator to exclude you from real-money play for a set term, or join the AGLC centralized self-exclusion program, which covers regulated gaming sites in Alberta. During an exclusion your account cannot be used for play, marketing stops and new accounts in your name are refused.
You can also record a self-exclusion request in your Profile on this Website. That record is kept for your reference; to block a real-money account, register with the operator or AGLC as well.
17. Account Restrictions
The operator may suspend, limit or close an account, or void bets, if it reasonably believes that you have breached its terms, provided false information, played from outside Alberta, used another person's payment method, colluded with other players or used software to gain an advantage, or if responsible gaming monitoring shows a risk of harm.
We may suspend or delete a Profile on this Website that is used to send spam, abuse the contact form, impersonate someone or break these terms.
18. Anti-Money Laundering
The operator follows the federal Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and FINTRAC guidance, together with AGLC requirements. This includes verifying customers, monitoring transactions, keeping records and reporting suspicious or large transactions to FINTRAC.
The operator may ask about the source of your funds, delay or refuse a transaction while checks are completed, and close accounts linked to money laundering or terrorist financing. It may be prohibited by law from telling you that a report has been made.
19. Fraud Prevention
Fraud includes using stolen payment details, chargebacks on legitimate deposits, opening several accounts, sharing accounts, colluding in multiplayer or bingo games and exploiting faults in games or software. The operator uses identity, device and payment checks to detect it.
Where fraud is found, the operator may void related bets and winnings, recover losses, close the account and inform payment providers, AGLC or police.
20. Privacy
How this Website collects and uses personal information, and a summary of how the operator does so for real-money play, is set out in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are explained in the Cookie Policy.
The operator's Privacy Officer can be reached at Privacy@deltabingo.com, and Alberta privacy requests can be sent to ab.privacy@deltabingo.com.
21. Liability
This Website is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and available, but game lists, rules and payment details can change on the Operator platform, and the information shown there applies. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this Website, from interruptions or errors, or from your use of third-party sites linked from it.
Liability for real-money play is governed by the operator's terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Alberta consumer protection law or other law that cannot be excluded.
22. Intellectual Property
The text, design and graphics of this Website are protected by copyright. Game names, artwork and logos belong to their respective owners, including game studios, and are used only to describe the games. The Delta Casino and Delta Bingo & Gaming names belong to their owner.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use the content to train automated systems without written permission.
23. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about this Website or your Profile, write to support@deltacasinoco.slonik.store or use Contact Us, giving as much detail as you can. We will acknowledge it and reply by email.
Complaints about a real-money account, a bet, a payment or a withdrawal should first be raised with the operator's support team through its complaints process. If the complaint is not resolved, you can contact Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC), which oversees registered gaming operators in Alberta.
24. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute that is not resolved through the steps in section 23 falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
25. Changes to Terms
We may change these terms to reflect changes to the Website, to the law or to the way real-money play is offered in Alberta. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent revision. If a change materially affects Profile holders, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
If you keep using the Website after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can close your Profile at any time.
